Our ‘Walking Dinner’ or ‘Walking Lunch’ will be served on various plates and bowls. The menu selected is meal replacing. Allow your guests to enjoy the culinary journey.
• Steak Tartare Cé: smoked eel, wheatgrass, egg yolk and carrot
• Slow- cooked veal ribeye, carrot, blini and basil
• Carpaccio ‘Central’ with Parmesan, truffle mayonnaise and rocket
• Scallop and king prawn tartare with lemon and soy gels
• Tuna ‘roast beef’ with Asian sesame oil dressing,
black pepper and sesame seed
• Smoked salmon terrine with basil mayonaise, capers,
egg and lemon
• Tomato and celery panna cotta with mozzarella Pearls
• Goat’s cheese mousse, celeriac- honey salad with pecans
• Cod with potato- chorizo brandade
• Grilled sea bass with lemon beurre blanc, Chinese cabbage and
a potato and root vegetable salve
• Wafer- thin salmon on marinated chicory with pesto sauce
• Veal ribeye with taleggio, truffle sauce and roasted cauliflower
• Beef ribeye with soubise sauce, miniature courgette
and roseval potatoes
• Bavette with polenta, roasted tomatoes and
BBQ-bell pepper sauce
• Spinach and ricotta ravioli with Parmesan
• Cooked aubergine, courgette, tomato and mozzarella combo
• Petit Grand Dessert
• Café gourmand: range of delicious mignardises with a choice of coffee or tea
You can compose your own dinner consisting of: three starters, three main courses and one dessert. We would like to be informed of a single choice for all your guests.
