The Green Key is thé international sustainability standard for businesses in the tourism and recreation industry. The Green Key means that a company is doing substantially more than the environmental laws and regulatory requirements. Green Key has clear guidelines in the field of sustainable offices, gas, water and energy, catering and waste separation.
All our departments implement sustainable, socially responsible policies. Our Green Key certification indicates that we do a lot more than legislation and regulations prescribe. This is how we would like to contribute to a good environment in a responsible manner. This Green Key certificate is a special addition to the service that Brasserie Cé gives to her guests.
Our 2020 focal point will be: ‘NO WASTE’. Where possible we will implement environmentally friendly policies without our guests experiencing any decrease in comfort and/or quality. Did you know you can also contribute to this by reserving for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner?
